I don't know why I keep searching endlessly for love from people, when I already have the most precious love right now, the love of God. Most love from people snap at any sign of discomfort for them, it's just a vapor in the wind. But God's love is more precious than gold, stronger than diamonds, and he loved us while we were still sinners. Love is here.

I lost my wife of 45 years . She had a life time of ( from the age of 4 ) of constant battles with illnesses. She had more courage in facing those illnesses and never lost her faith in the one true God.🛐✝️🙏

This song will always hold a dear place in my heart. I'll tell the story in case anyone cares to read. I spent the better part of my life being an atheist. The kind of atheist that knows the Bible very well, and will argue against Christians using it. But something was missing, and I knew it. I had money, I had a lot of beautiful women, but something was missing. I felt empty, miserable. I tried everything I could think of to find something that would fill the void, even trying witchcraft, but nothing would work. One night, I was trapped in deep despair, and I remember saying "God, please help me." Two days later, I met up with a woman with whom I was acquainted years before, but never spoke much to. Much to my surprise, we hit it off immediately. We had talked liked we'd been best friends for years. On my way home, this song played in a Switchfoot mix, and I knew what I was being told: "I am the Almighty. I love you. Won't you come to me now?" So I did. I can't remember the last time I've felt so complete. Two funny end notes: I told that woman the story and she said she believed it, because she had been telling God that she was lonely and was asking for a companion. She thinks I was a gift to her; it's funny because she's got it backwards. I don't deserve someone like her. The other note: I asked some of my teachers what they thought about the idea of God (I'm studying medicine, and I'm about the same age as some of my professors, so they're more willing to talk to me about things besides school work) and I figured that men and women with advanced science degrees would have something negative to say about it. They all said they can't see how people don't believe in God, one going as far as to say "Everything I taught you shows the great power of God". And I like to think what happened to me shows His great mercy. If anyone else has stories of His great mercy towards you, I'd love to hear them!

And to the bruised and fallen, captives bound and broken hearted. He is the Lord! By his stripes, He paid our ransom, from his wounds we drink salvation, He is the Lord. That line always give me chills and I feel unspeakable joy!

Jesus loves you and died on the cross for our sins so we can have eternal life with Him in Heaven. All we have to do is put our faith in Jesus and turn from our evil ways of sin.

Every time I listen to Tenth Avenue North, it is a 100% guarantee that I am going to cry. These guys know how to show our loving God through their music!

THIS is why I love Christian music!

They may have disbanded, but their music is here to stay. I love TAN!

When my Mom first saw them in concert, she was surprised at how young Mike looked, she said he has such an impressive voice! haha I was like "yes, I know he's awesome..."

This song has sooo much Power that I can't explain it with words! My inner man leaps every time it comes on, and my eyes start watering. In my soul every word strengthens me and makes me even more grateful and thankful! I don't have to worry about anything, or search for love anymore because I have Love, I have you Jesus! Thank you for finding me, choosing me and setting me free. Love is Here in me =)

I tear up every time I hear this song and don't know why!

Sitting at my desk yesterday afternoon...hadn't heard this song in like 2 yrs...all of a sudden I started singing hook...GOD IS GOOD! ---- my God is ALWAYS GOOD!

We look too hard for Jesus. I see that everywhere nowadays. All I had to do is sit with him and he was there.

This has quickly become my favorite song. I know all the lyrics from listeing to it so many times. I sing it when I'm getting dressed, walking through the halls at school, when I'm writing, all the time. The point is, I've probably listened to this over two hundred times, but every single time I do, I still get those chills that I got the very first time I heard this song.

Well, there can be sadness, but overall God does everything for a reason and it is all a part of his perfect plan! To "seriously immature" There is bound to be earthly pain and sadness, but it can all have purpose, if you trust that God will use those pains for the better in your life!

I just saw Tenth Avenue North two nights ago at a conference. What an amazing group! It was amazing to have Mike talk to all of us in such an intimate way. One second all of us were laughing, singing, and dancing, the next second he had us calling out to God with tears in our eyes as we shouted our praises. I love Tenth Avenue North, and I love the lead singer. Michael, right? Athe Rock and Worship Roadshow, he got up and was singing with Lecrae! So funny; and he played Background by Lecrae on his acoustic during the transition! When he was singing You Are More, he jumped off the stage, climbed the seats into the crowd and pointed at people telling them they are more...God's love and compassion is really in this guy! By the fruit of His life, and humbleness, dude God is working in this guy's life!

I really love the metaphorical meanings in this song: streams of Mercy flowing from his side is the spear. From his hands the spikes in his hands. His brow the crown of thorns.

I just got back from a mission trip to Mexico. Two days away from where I live, by car. Hardly any electricity; none on out worksites where we built houses. This song kept coming into my head. Just the part where he sings, "love is pouring to His hands, from His brow" I couldn't match the song with the lyrics together for a couple days. I finally thought about it, and I realized this was this song. I just love this song so much. It made me realize about happy I can to be a service to people who I don't know, let alone someone who doesn't even speak English. God is love.

Back here in 2022. Want to tell 14 year old me that the fear, pain and heartbreak will not be the end of me. And that this song will never fade.

i remember the first time i visited my youth group. i had just moved from a big city to a little town, and when i heard this song, i felt at home. I've been at my little church for three years now, and I love it.

10th Avenue North has now become my fav band b/c I love Who they all stand for...Jesus Christ. And they are extremely open to confess His name above all other names. And Mike does those awesome testimonies/journal videos. Maybe he should have been a preacher? LOVE U GUYS.

And praise my loving Savior... I fell into a deep, peaceful sleep while listening to it a second time. "But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. i first heard this in folsom state prison on a lil radio walkman someone let me barrow, when i think bake to those nights lying in my cell im just so very grateful for His love, its true, He will never leave us or forsake us. i would lay up in my bunk and listen and talk to God and cry and i would feel His warm embrace as His Holyspirit would comfort me... words will not fully express the love i felt..
