It might look like it’s difficult to make but believe me, you can pull this off in 20 minutes if you marinate the salmon and make your rice ahead #lovejapanesefood.
It makes for a healthy and delicious meal. ✅ Serve it in a bowl with rice, veggies, mayonnaise, and you are set! 🥕🥑

INGREDIENTS
VEGGIES
2 carrots
1 cabbage
1 onion
2 mushrooms
2 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
½ cup bean sprouts
3 - 4 spring onions

1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
RICE
2 cups sushi rice
2 ⅓ cups cold water
1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
SALMON
⅓ cup soy sauce (80ml)
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp finely grated ginger
450 gm fresh salmon fillets
1 tsp sesame oil
TO SERVE
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
4 tbsp Japanese or regular mayonnaise
