Really happy with this run. I started tracking splits and my "sum of best" is 7:26, so 21 seconds off of that feels great.

New time saves:
Stage 2: New strat at the first banana, and I do the slip bomb jump at the end
Stage 4: Shot the lever with the shotgun
Stage 5: Made the boss throw me towards the good gun
Stage 6: Went straight through the glass and took down the sniper
Stage 7: Tried a cool slip strat at the sniper but failed. Later I do a wall jump bomb jump straight to the banana
Stage 8: Just every single thing from 3:09 onward
Stage 9: Using the shotgun to shoot the lever puts you a cycle ahead when you get to the turret. I also 5-tiled to the first banana, but since I got it second try it was actually slower than bomb jumping there
Stage 10: Pretty different fight in general
Stage 12: Duct jump - You can 5-tile into the duct to get the last banana
Screw ups:
Stage 6: -4 from screwing up a couple times by the last guy
Stage 8: -4? from barely missing the grinder cycle, getting me hit and making me need to get the health pack
Stage 9: -2 from 5-tile second try
Stage 11: -4, you can get to the bomb guy a cycle ahead if you go nuts and tank a bunch of damage, but I played it safe since I knew I could get sub-8 without doing that
Stage 12: -4, -3 because if you go a little faster you can trigger all the SMG guys, meaning you can backstab the magnum guy, then jump over the rocketeer and kill him from the right. Another -1 because I could've had that bomber jump
Stage 13: -11, this fight was good but I could've killed him at 7:32 if I had stabbed his light-bomb just a tiny bit earlier. My gold is only -5 from this, the luck this fight was unreal
Total: -29 (ideal run: 7:18)
