What is Anejo Tequila?
Añejo is a style of aged tequila that has been aged anywhere from one to three years, typically in oak barrels. The aging process produces a warm amber color and smooth taste with notes of vanilla, raisins and honey. The finish is typically smoky with caramel notes.

I prefer the artenom 1146 but at the same time the fortaleza anejo I’s just as good it’s just a matter of what I want that day lol … cool video

You scored the arte nom higher because of the color when that color is more of an extra anejo they are all great anejos but my taste has the Fortaleza anejo number 1 great video

Color is a pretty dumb measure to have when it differs batch to batch

Then..."anejo should have more complex process" Huh? They just put it in a barrel. Thats the only extra step. "I would have picked El Tesoro if it worrent for color" Maybe yall should stick to scotch or addative tequila where they add color. If you are judging because you want complexity instead of barrel notes on top of the already existing profile from that brand, then your system misses it out. Stick with bourbon or something.

Thanks for the insight. And we will just keep doing what we are doing as we learn more and more and how better to explain. Remember nobody in these videos is an expert. Just a bunch of people learning and giving their opinions.
