Bjorn, thank you for sharing this amazing information about mezcal and Tequila. I live in San Antonio, Texas in the BEXAR County ( pronounced bear). I enjoy your info on margaritas. Here we just use lime, ice, tequila and salt. No simple syrup no other liquor. And yes tamarind and chill powder to put on rim. But I wish you could see other things like a candy called Chamoy. I'll see if I could send a link. Please no hate my respect is for you sir . Thank you.

I humbly recommend If it's possible to upload a webinar about brandy or liqueur. And thank you very much, Mr. Gavin Wrigley, and all of the instructors. I binge-watched the webinar, as an amateur I have learned a lot from the lessons on how to respect the liquor's origin, culture, rules, and the techniques of the instructors. Also, I will always remember the tips about distilling liquor and liqueur. Once again thank you from bottom of my heart EBS.
