The problem with Dolores is that she knows the real story and she knows Teresa is lying. It sounds like lies coming out of Teresa's mouth, so Dolores just sits there quietly like always. And Teresa knows what she's doing by saying Louie or Joe (Guidice) told me to do it, so I did it. She's already setting her excuse when the hammer comes down on Louie. I think she already knows Louis is doing something illegal, but she got too deep in with him.
Of course Teresa knows what an aggressive, disgraceful, scary person Luis is, and that he's doing things that could land her right back in jail. But that love bubble is protecting her 🤭

its actually quite glaringly obvious how complicit Teresa is in the entire downfall of her families relationship with her brother etc I have quite literally never seen someone deflect accountability so fiercely the way she does. Its honestly sad how warped her perception of reality is and how she lets men influence her so much- not to mention how equally deluded her daughters are.
I feel bad for her daughters. THey are obligated to side with their moms. I just hope they grow up knowing how to be transparent and unbiased, and I hope those beautiful girls grow up to be strong women who realize they can love their mother while acknowledging she is wrong, and has done terrible things.

Maybe once he got married he backed off and she views Melissa as the other woman and is insanely jealous of her. She hates that her brother loves Melissa so much. Theresa and Louis are literal textbook examples of narcissists but at different levels. Theresa is level 1, low intelligence and pretty transparent. But Louie is the scary narcissist, level 3, where he will lie and gaslight everyone even when he's on camara saying things.
