Stretching headward fingers extend upward Where hands and toes point to the possible While the mind will draw all thoughts to inward; Mind and body sees the new probable. Movement a path for the journey within Using motion to reach self mindfulness; To descend through conscious thought to begin Realizing the depth of thought’s timelessness. In an ageless quest in search of meaning The graceful body reflects our being. I think this is the first viewing of this Sonnet
