Teriyaki Sauce 

This isn't the thick, overly processed, stabilized, corn syrup-filled teriyaki sauce you'll find in a bottle at the grocery store.
No, this is so much better and it couldn't be easier. Plus, even though it doesn't have any preservatives or chemical additives, it will still last for ages in your fridge.
Use it as a marinade and then brush on layers while you grill for incredible flavor and color.
Easy Teriyaki Sauce
• 50g (3inch) Ginger, large pieces
• 25g (1/8c) Sugar
• 25g (1/8c) Brown Sugar
• 70g (1/4c) Mirin
• 60g (1/4c) Soy Sauce
• 60g (1/4c) Sake (can sub with water)
Combine everything in a small pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
