Luis Vidal Landoni I think this type RJ-45 Jack of Panduit cannot be reused because this is "TG-Style"... as you can see, the 1st part was to lock the jacket of the cable-I think that part is irreversible. But there is this other type called TP-Style.. On my next comment I'll post the link to "How to terminate/reuse Panduit TP-style RJ-45 Jack" by Panduit.
I've re-used them with no problems but I've never tested terminations with the used jacks to see if they meet Cat 6 specs. You remove the jack body from the wire block by carefully lifting up on the jack body catch tab and pulling the wire block out of it. Then you remove the cable from the wire block by squeezing the two "ears" of the strain relief collar together and lifting it up off the cable jacket.
