During the time of SC Jamir as CM,back in 1989-90-91 he even appointed backdoor in Police even to the rank of Inspector and now they are retired getting pension sitting at home. So don't get jealous my dear Nagas for not getting the chance for backdoor appointment,there will be backdoor appointed in any government sector as long as the world exist.

No advertisement for PT post .. There are thousands of D.El.Ed trained candidates which was conducted under the State Education Department and after all there are many candidates who are trained but turned over age. Consecutively new candidates are recruiting every year in order to sustain the salary for D.El.Ed teaching staff but the department is indirectly practice unfair means to the trained candidate which wasted a two years under the training program. After given a well trained the department failed to recruit a primary teacher to the qualified candidates which follows turned over age consequently. Our hope is only NSF leader's

Naomi please help him telecast this again with the questions below... 1) Do all backdoor appointment will be removed? 2) Why did appointment has made against unsanctioned post? 3) Is there appointment has black and white category, because some(LDA, Grade- 4)backdoors had been made Regularized during the time on appointment day(Appointment after 2016 but Regularised that day) 4) why many others backdoors are keeping still struggling to regularize? Why is this injustice done upon to many employees? 5) If government is gut to remove all those illegal backdoor appointment then it is well good but what I'm saying is, even in the backdoor also there is a huge disparities and partiality committed by the government whether it is sanctioned/unsanctioned. 7) I see some people who are backdoors (appointed against the sanctioned post) has been in the service for more than fifteen years but not yet Regularized on the other hand some people who are backdoors on same ground with same qualifications are Regularized long back (They were appointed on same time on same ground but one is Regularized while others are depriving) What do government do with this? What is this? Is this a discrimination even among the backdoors? Know that many people are still struggling even after serving for more than 10 years as ad hoc employees though their post are sanctioned posts. Some backdoors are enjoying every fruits that is entitled because he/she is Regularised employees however his/her own backdoor batch are still depriving.... I have many things to say but this is the little things I would like Adona to address in the news if you are willing...

Police and public should check and report age tampering and deal strictly if any govt. employee is found (reducing the age in documents to work longer in govt. service. Because of this educated younger generations are not getting vacancies and become overaged).

Under Recent Advertisement Nagaland Uniform service examination-2024, it is very Disappointing to see only 40 vacancies. After so many years of gap without Advertisement in the Department like Nagaland police(NP), District Executive Force(DEF), Fire and Emergency service(F&ES), lokayukta, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), Forest Guard, Excise and Home Guard and Civil Defence how can there be only 40 vacancies. This is really Discouraging. For General candidates only 17 post 15 for BT and 8 is reserved for women under NP There is something wrong for sure. 👎

Because of so much backdoor appointees the state govt is unable to even pay the genuine employees 😢

Government should award the puplic if public report it to government. There are so many employees who look like grandfather, grandmother but still going to office. Police should look into this age tampering. They are already above 58 years of age but going to office. Already their appearance looks like 75plus years. How educated youths will get job this way because there will be no vacancy for a long time because of age tampering.

Many LDA are backdoor appointments and appointment done by NPWD ; even after it was declared as illegal and void by Guwahati highcourt kohima bench. Hence, they should be terminated and send for fair and open recruitment to NSSB nagaland🙏

Increasing of Age relaxation for state public exams should be demanded in the coming future.

More than 50% of govt employees is backdoor appointed in nagaland. It seem impossible to kick out all these appointees. There should be a mechanism to address such issue. Or else its impossible to kick out such huge appointees. And backdoor will continue to prevail.

Nagaland government should take action immediately and back door appointment from June 2016 after which the government banned to appointment.

Dear Hornbill TV a small opinion yet crucial for our State at the moment . Nagaland is witnessing a drastic job crisis in government sectors where thousands of well qualified and educated people are still longing for a hope but the number of vacancies advertised does not tally with that of the demand therefore in order to break the bond the Government of Nagaland must make total and thorough scrutiny in all the departments especially major departments and check / test the suitability, abilities and capacities of the existing employees and give a voluntary pension compulsorily to those who are not capable or suitable for the said job because in most of the district offices people who were appointed prior to NSSB are either doing nothing or don't even know what his or her duties in the department which does not only hampers the growth of the district but also blocks the ways for new and fresh entry thereby it paves way for young educated and capable individuals to hold the post and I'm sure if our government does this 20 to 25 percent of the existing employees will be compelled to vacate his or her job . This is based on factual findings but I do not have any personal or individual grudges to anyone or any department in any manner .

How could it be implemented by Government alone if no pressure by student bodies, NGO'S and educated unemployment...

I don't even believe in NSSB as one uncle told me that if he spent some amount his younger brother could've easily getting job and because of that he couldn't clear exam tt year but this year i found his brother's name in selected list as LDA so i think dal mein kuch kala hein.

I tried to open frontdoor several times but whenever i tried,only backdoors people are allowed.So gave up of wasting time and money.

Check the Government polytechnics under higher technical departments. Contract candidates are just going anytime they want by the head of directors, and there is no vacancy only contract. Salary is 85k-1.2lk per month even the contract dear people please remember this

What about those people who got through exam to get the government job but we know very well that their MLA uncle put some words and what about those people who got appointed through exam while their ama/ papa was the head authority of the department, arreyyy there are some employees who are khantan and from same family, bro, sis, mom, dad , aunty , uncle, what about them MI LORD!!

Backdoor appointment still going on.even last year 2023 social welfare office had advertised some vacant seat of Store keeper and computer opperator for interview, and most of us have submitted documents for interview for the said post and we are still waiting for notification😀😀..Tata bye bye,before interview catcha para khai de sai.

Its being a long time. Since we talk about this B.door appointment issue and we all even hear that Nagaland government is gonna take up this issue very seriously and they even said they'll terminate those B.door appointees. However I still heard and witness that some people are behind with the vacancies through the assest of this/that Minister's & MLA's. Moreover even after this issue has being raised from the Government, public organisations & unions, to stop this illegal appointment. Still I've come across that some people get appointment & started doing their jobs with the help of Ministers & MLA's. So I dont think this B.door appointment can be stop.

RTI as much as you can you’ll find there are over 20-30 candidates at contract who turn to be regular and this year some directly joined without any advertisement. Most of the engineers recruited as SO's (year 2019) in SLDC power dept too They got the job through political backdoor on contractual basis and now they're fighting for their regularisation. Shame on them 😂 RTI needs to be filed in this dept too

Sir, an Ad hoc employee, like me will be pleased if you can kindly add my situation in your next short NEWS. You know, in the year 2012, the govt. had suggested the old aged govt. employees to take a Voluntary retirement and replace the job by their children if he/she had acquired the minimum educational qualification. So, as per the govt. Notification, like many others, I too have replaced my father. Later, in few years, I did complete the professional trainings and have cleared the TST for service regularisation. The additional assignments/ work load given to me other then Head Teacher are BLO, Birth & Death Registrar and Voluntary Teacher. But, till now my service has not been regularised. 😢

I was once appointed backdoor and serve the government for more then 7 years but now I was discontinued from the job so from my opinion to general public is that backdoor appointment can not be terminated but to give discontinution order.
