Thank you for sharing your talents! I bought some ethnic woven fabrics from Divisoria last month and I am so excited to make a Terno Bolero for my birth month! ❤❤❤
True! 2nd method was taught to me at school, but to be honest I really prefer the 1st one too because of the volume and the shape. ❤️🫶🏼 nice seeing you here again pat!
How do you know how much measurement you have to take from the arc like you took 11/8 inch on the arc. How do you decide that and why did you take 3 inches from the upper arc?
I think this is your question. 13:08, take a measurement from the 6/8 in mark at the fold line until the half way mark. Divide that by 7, and mark. You can only figure it out if you do the pattern from you own armhole measurement, whatever I am demonstrating comes from my own measurements. As I’ve said the 1 1/8 in is FROM MY OWN MEASUREMENTS, so better use your own. The 3 inches is the height of the extension of the crown. Or the height of the Terno, You can use 2 6/8, 2 4/8 but 3 inches is always the best option when making this kind of sleeve.

First method only fits sizes s-m you have to grade it to fit sizes l-xl….. meanwhile the second method is directly from the armhole measurement. Hope this helps
