I am wondering why HE wants Ulgrim Stat rework, he has Axe and Lance, Slight Nair/Dair are the only combos you need on Lance and Ulgrim has them, and his Axe has slight Nair, Dair Dlight, like any other Axe legend. He doesn't need a Stat rework since he already has the best stats for a Axe or Lance legend
