I shop for my cannabis based on the strains terpene profile. Then I select several strains that contain the terpenes I need for pain, muscle spasms etc. Then I blend those strains together, making a tailor made cannabis blend that works for me. Retired USMC, 14 major spinal surgeries, rebuilt left knee and right ankle. Pain is my constant companion, haven’t touched opioid in over 9 years, shit almost killed me. Cannabis has been my savior, a dose of RSO and some pre blended tailor made smoke, I completed a 17 mile hike to Grinnell Glacier, Glacier National Park, Montana. I’m 70 years old travel and hike all over the U.S. This video is spot on, I’ve been researching terpenes for years! So sad to see people focusing on the THC % rather on the terpenes. Terpenes are the cake THC is the icing.. Orlando, FL🏝️😎 P.S. Eat foods with like terpenes to extend the effect. Myrcene and Mangos go really well together, I eat a mango and smoke flower rich in Myrcene.
