Hi doc! I found a new serum po, ang main ingredients nya po ay 4% vitamin c, salicylic acid, niacinamide, lactic acid. Ask ko lang po kung pwede ako gumamit dahil di po ko sure kasi magkahalo po vit c at aha + bha. Dry skin po ang skin type ko.
Ok lng naman if your skin can tolerate and you see improvement, although i am personally not a big fan of products containing too many active ingredients together.
blue light from gadgets is not that strong however if you expose yourself for long periods of time, it can make existing pigementation worse. But its nothing close to UVR and Visible light exposure you get during the day if you want to be safe use products with tint -- eg tinted sunscreens or tinted moisturizers

Adapalene = anti acne Retinol = anti-aging best to ask kung sino man ung nag recommend sayo mag adapalene kung kelan ka pwede magshift kc nakita nya ung skin mo :)
Dra, what will happen if i overused rejuv sets? I've use it for so long. But when i got tb i went through taking meds. It has isoniazid (my meds) and based on my research, it can worst your pimple. And now i have a lot of pimples. I dont know what to do 🥺 i dont know if my face is overused in rejuv sets or its bcoz of my meds in TB. Should i consult? Badly need ur help dra.

New subscriber po, nagsusuffer po ako sa acne ko ngayon na try ko na po magpaderma naka 3 sessions po ako and recently I used salicylic acid ok Naman po Kaso nung nastop ko po Siya lalo po siyang naging worst, oily acne prone skin po ang skin type ko malalaki at mabilis dumami ang pimple ko, Lagi ko pong napapanood ung rose water on you tube ok lang po kaya para sakin yun? Atleast kumalma lang po ang pimple ko or any products po na recommended.
Hi Doc. I have acne scars on my face. Tinatry ko po yung Maxipeel Zero (contains Retinol) paired with its moisturizer and sunblock creams. Does it help po ba in removing acne scars and safe po ba sya gamitin as maintenance?
Retinol is more for anti-aging - though it can help those with mild acne its not what we give to treat acne. Also topical creams can be helpful in improving flat scars, not depressed or elevated scars :)
but still if someone is not sensitive to it still some people say no to fragrance and using fragrance in skincare you don't become sensitive but over the time your skin becomes sensitive

We give azelaic acid to pregnant women with mild to moderate acne :) Best to still consult so that your skin can be properly assessed and be given the right medications.

Dry skin = moisturizer Eye wrinkles = depeends if dynamic or static Tretinoin in my opinion is ok to use when breastfeeding I still recommend a consultation for a more personalized treatmenr
hi doc, i have an acne prone skin and sensitive skin and i want to use a whitehead/blackhead peel off mask on the whiteheads on my chin. is it okay po or will a pimple grow in it after po? (ps. there’s no pimple in my chin po atm)
What's in the whitehead/blackhead peel off mask? Any product containing exfoliants, retinoids even BPO can cause purging when used by someone with oily and acne-prone skin, but it should only last 2-4 weeks.
