Omg I didn't know you could change the other brown matte! That's the reason I didn't buy this palette. I thought "why would I want 2 mattes that are so similar?!?!" I love when brands do this!
As much as I love when indie brands release palettes instead of singles, for some reason this didnt pull me in. I was still curious about it and its pretty, thank you for reviewing it.
Couldn't see any problem with the first look but glad we got a second look!!Terra Moons is one of my favorite brands, this is a cute palette for spring. Both eye looks were really cute, love your lip color and hair!
Oooh so excited so see this video ! I ordered mine on Thursday of last week and it hasn't shipped yet. But I cannot wait! TM is my favorite special shade brand
This is a really pretty color story. That retrograde 😱 is stunning! I've been looking for a shade EXACTLY like that for the longest! I just placed an order with clionadh & i'm broke. 😄 I think the lighting you have now is def better!👍I think it's actually perfect. Its doesn't was A lot of lighting can. washlushes and bronzers, and all that out you have to pack on a extra ton of it to make it look like you have any on but not with this lighting. It looks good! 👍👍❤️
Hi Amy The first time I used the Juvias Place primer, mostly liquid came out…and the same the second time! I was done with it! My favorite is still ABH. The looks are really beautiful!! So nice to see you!💚💜💚
I wish i would have seen the option to switch the mattes when i ordered i definitely would have switched it for a more colorful shade. Im still so excited to get it though, so beautiful!
I'm sooo curious to see what you think! I was blessed to get it in pr & was so impressed by the neutral shades! Which is shocking to me! I just posted a look using abyss & atmosphere & it was so pretty together! 🤌✨
Love the looks you did Amy! Agree this palette is definitely conducive to throwing one matte in the crease & a shimmer all over the lid. I'm not a fan of brown mattes but I did use both terraform & meteor sand as blush & they looked beautiful on my skintone. The bonus is that this is magnetic & I've already had fun creating my own version with other mattes ✨
I think when it comes to multichromes, I prefer a curated colour story where it’s more like ND triochrome palette. The price of an all special shade palette is just too much.
Honestly anytime a brand puts out a palette with 1 or 2 mattes I think why even bother. Might as well put out an all shimmer palette. Especially when the mattes are brown.
Any eyeshadow palette over $50 is a no go for me. Even $40 is kinda pushing it, I think. $75 and above is absolutely insane. I mean I get the shadows are special and they're gorgeous and the company needs to make money, but at the end of the day it's still just eyeshadow. Idk. I'll just have to admire the pretty from afar. I do like the fact that they offer people the option of swapping out the browns.
I definitely feel like pricing is very personal and relative to what you value. There’s a lot of things I don’t love to splurge on but I’m all about the eyeshadow
@@AmyLovesMakeup I love eyeshadow too but I dunno, I feel like if a palette is $75 it has to be really special, like with multichromes, unique shades, and maybe larger pans. I guess it also depends on the quality of the shadows too. If it was $75 and had Colourpop quality, I'd pass, but if it was more like Sydney Grace quality then I'd be more inclined since her formula is beautiful.
The fact that they're letting you customize the palette a little bit is so rad!! I love that idea. 🌷 I'm currently saving up for a big Touch of Glam order, so Terra Moons isn't on my shopping list right now, but it looks beautiful!
The shades are definitely pretty, but I rather spend $75 on single shades that I pick myself, without the brown mattes. It doesn't seem like they made it very apparent you can switch a shade, which is unfortunate. Hopefully they release some of these as singles! Thank you for sharing 🩷🩷🩷
Everyone is complaining about Ensley Reign cosmetics but this?! 75$ for 12 shades and 2 shades are mattes? No, thank you. I think ERC is more special and this Terra Moon palette isn’t.
From what I can tell Ensley Reign is produced in a factory and Terra Moons is small indie brand producing their own shadows so the price point is going to be completely different.
The lighting is fine. I feel you with eyeshadow primer. Pat McGrath motherships fade on me. Which is weird because my revolutiom base holds every shadows
