I have serious health issues and it's been a struggle to get my GP to see past giving me prescriptions for drugs that have already harmed me. An endocrinologist I saw was amazed I'd managed to reverse some of my metabolic syndrome symptoms in 3 months but when I told him I'd done it with a Ketogenic diet and became very angry and told me to stop and to go back to the food pyramid. Carbs are essential blah blah. Ulric was right about the cause of illness and I have come to that conclusion myself. The real problem is that it is impossible to find people who can help and support me to restore my well being through real lifestyle changes. I am treated will hostility and a kind of 'wait until your father gets home' type of attitude from the nurse practitioners and doctor. I don't want medication or some vague advice about their concept of lifestyle changes that involves a high carbohydrate diet. I've given up smoking (38 yrs ago), alcohol, junk food, and taken up strength training and swimming. Still I'm being hounded to take statins, pressured to take various vaccines inc the last one and treated like an idiot and a liar. They discount entirely that modern food is the cause of all modern diseases. Frustrated beyond belief.

Prof Iwan Illich has in the1970th written the book Medical Nemesis. You can find it in pdf on internet. Very clear analyses of the medical business.

My wife just died from Pancreatic cancer, the first thing we found were bloods clots so the MD's assumed it was a reaction to the China Shot, and just treated with thinners for a month, telling the nurses the cause does not matter, "the treatment is the same". We know the doctors are not allowed to say jab related, but the fact is the high IQ wife never got the jab. I had her transferred to a different hospital that found the cancer in an hour or two. Not sure if Terrain would have helped as that cancer runs in her family at about 5%.

Yes, it was all started by Antoine BeChamp 1816 to 1908 who discovered microzymas in live blood analysis. The work was further carried out by Gunther Enderlein 1872 to 1968 and called microzymas protits. Then Gaston Naessons 1924 to 2018 rediscovered them using his Somatoscope and called them somatic. What is interesting they are in all lifeforms, plant animal and human. Sounds a bit Jedi Knight but opens a new door in science.

Thank you for bringing this out to the world. It is also in line with Dr. Hamer's German New Medicine. An approach that has also been silenced.

Got it on Kindle. Looks interesting. I have always doubted modern science and how people are treated with health. I have argued with doctors for years because sometimes what is said just doesn't not convince me that it is correct, so I went my own way. I always saw the modern GP as a help and guide and then made my own choices about mine and my children's health, sometimes going completely against what i was told and discovering in time that I had made the correct choices. Thank you for your open-minded approach to medicine and educating us in your field and showing us healthy alternatives, you are needed.

A verily important direction in the study of healing is to understand comparative anatomy and physiology as it pertains to appropriate diet and nutrition. The Mucusless Diet Healing System, and a raw, vegan, indigenous, grainless diet is most wholesome and appropriate for a clean, unburdened terrain that doesn’t have to experience acute to chronic catarrhal conditions does not have to discharge waste that is consumed through unnecessary debris and comprises the corporately promoted conventional diet.

How to Live 356 Days a Year is also a good book, by John A. Schindler, MD. He writes about emotions causing issues, and how a persons mental condition, life and such can negatively affect our physical body. The book is a step away from the Normal of medical thinking and the condition of the person and how that affects the persons life.

By the end of this video I felt very moved. As always, I'm grateful for your and Mark's wisdom. My collection of alternative medicine health books is slowly growing and I would love to hear more recommendations in the future.

The problem with a diet heavy on plants is that the soil today for commercial farming is nutrient void. Add the fact roundup/glyphosate is used is another disaster. Our bodies process meat better than plants. 3oz of liver provides enough vitamin A as 8lb carrots. When he wrote his book it was a different time. I do agree alkalizing our body is better for you and meat makes our bodies more acidic. What's interesting the best medicines/therapeutics were discovered early 1800s; iodine 1811, hydrogen peroxide 1799, sodium bicarbonate 1791 and klorene dyoxi 1814. I use them all.

I was expecting a man like that to have lived much longer than 81. My diabetic father-in-law who drank pop everyday lived to 85. Most of what you described is pretty well how anyone who has embraced a healthy lifestyle lives to the exclusion of starches and carbohydrates, which Dr Williams seems to really like. I say this a bit jokingly when I say I'd rather take advice from a guy who lived to 120 than a health guru who died at 81. Now a guy like that, I would listen to! My own mother was diagnosed with dementia and was given three years to live 10 years ago. Today, thanks to my health conscious care she is 95 and healthier than she was 10 years ago. I can't do much about the dementia.

Looks like I've got self Christmas present! Thank you again for you instructional videos. I would add only one thing. "There is only one name under heaven by which to be saved, Jesus Christ our Lord." "Faith," "belief," "spirituality" have the wrong object is no better than no faith, belief, spirituality. Exercise, right eating, a close walk with our Creator "in the cool of the night", I can attest to, release us from the world's stress and worry. Countless time in the Scriptures the imperative is used, "Do not worry!" I'm 73 and cannot remember the last time I was sick. At least 20 yrs ago. Though my personal doctor still schedules me for yearly exam, he no longer requires blood tests as the results never change. Thanks to you, Dr. Sam, I now know to distinguish between the germ and terrain paradigms. I'm laughed and given rolled eyes, even by my wife, however, as the old bromide goes, "action speaks louder than words," or the more modern way of putting it, "There is a fundamental difference between knowing a path and walking a path." Kudos to both you and your husband and all those whom come along side you. Learning about terrain theory in the salvation of one's physical body is akin to learning about grace as opposed to works in the salvation of one's soul.

Thanks for your work, Drs. Sam & Mark. I'm nearly finished reading "Virus Mania" and I just ordered "Terrain Therapy" at Amazon. These writings resonate with the attitude that my wife and I have tried to live by since the late 70s when I read lots of writings from the Natural Hygiene and Life Science movements. Dr Herbert Shelton was the most prolific writer and is well worth looking into. As far as the claim by Dr. Ulric Williams in Terrain Therapy that "I didn't cure you, only God can heal. Actually what I did was to teach you how to cure yourself...", Dr Shelton and his colleagues (e.g, Jennings, Graham, Trall and Tilden) asserted that there are no cures, no "immune system", only causes and effects. Illness and disease can only be eliminated when you eliminate the causes.

Thank you Dr Sam Bailey, for sharing the Terrain Therapy , updated , with us 💐 I've had to follow gut feelings , for many years after repeated poisonings by person's holding a licence to "PRACTICE" Medicine - Allopathic medicine. I've achieved results they cannot cope with , including a "soptaneous remission " , which saw a vaccine marketed for the condition I made go , via a water of life fast , for 2 weeks ; another alternative medicine , resulted in a drop of a viral load of more than 90% - the difference in my health was noticeable and I'm seriously considering doing it again , as one of my prescriptions has HCL after it , and to that I am reactive , yet cannot access a metabolic acid balancer . I suspect the MOH are being obstructive , as they want more money from me , and more Allopathic fools trained up , who will abuse their paitients , when the paitients puh back , at their waisting of resources for no good outcome . I'm quite happy with my own company for the most part , if I feel the need , enough are met on the waling tracks around some of the parks in town - the wild life is more often friendlier as well . Frequency & Vibration , Dr , Frequency and , Vibration . 💯💐👁️☯️🕉️

Im a doctor of chinese medicne in guatemala and i fall into the terrain theory side of the argument naturally, but my experience with people drinking the water and getting sick leads me the observation that creatures in the water are making people sick. Any good studies or resources you know of?

Thank you so much for this. Very helpful. You introduced me to Terrain theory. And I'm 76 years old! Makes so much sense.....and invites me to explore all the years when I didn't question our cultural beliefs. Here is one I need help with. Terrain theory says that you cannot 'catch' a flu from someone else.....do I get that right? Ok. Last Sunday my family all got together for a Xmas dinner. There were 11 of us....all my grandkids and my three kids and their partners. Had a great time....played games, had a snow ball fight (Canada) and ate turkey. (Well, they all did but I went plant based when 'covid' kicked in. In 2019 I was scared and thought, what can I do to take care of myself? What do I have authority over? Like that. And so, I gave up animal products, just to see if it would help.) Anyway, Sunday, we all had a good time and two days later, seven of us have the flu. Not a bad one for me. I've had worse. Sounds like it would work well with Dr Sarno's Mind Body book. It sounds like the diet stuff is wide and varied. I feel a hunter gatherer diet is probably more fitting, so were probably going to be a odds on diet.

Seems odd to place such a weight on diet. Where I live, there is almost no pre-prepared food in the shops, 99% of people cook every meal from scratch. Even when our 'ingredients' (or 'food', as we call it) came from our local regions, we had one of the lowest life-expectancies in Europe -- because we are a very small country, with lots of problems, and people here are very poor. If you can't relax in a warm house because you are skint, it's hard to be healthy.

All ilness and disease simply mirrors the psyche and are the last resort to affect change or to assimilate change ( integration) thereof.

I hope the "divine thinking" in the title does not refer to information such as "the mind controls genes" or "thoughts change biology" described by Lipton or Dispenza. I respect their work, but it is a kind of limitation of human perception of reality. The claim that diseases are the result of personal beliefs or thoughts does not take into account the fact that non-inherited diseases such as hepatitis occur in newborns. Furthermore, many mammals develop diseases, including cancer, and yet they do not "believe" they exist.

A few of the not great reviews of this book were people who didn’t like the religious content, one was a Jewish lady who apparently felt that no mention should be made of Jesus. Either it needs to be neutral or Jewish I’m guessing which is such a dumb reason to not review it well. Just because you don’t like something doesn’t mean it doesn’t have value or can’t be included if the author decides to. It’s they’re book and you should have checked out what it’s about better before buying don’t blame them because it has something you don’t like it when you didn’t check it out well enough clearly. Also if you don’t like those parts skip them why would you review poorly what could help others just because you don’t like one niche part of it. You not liking it doesn’t mean it’s wrong or wrong to include it. People act like them not liking something or knowing it’s in there is the same as that thing being wrong or meaning that it shouldn’t be included. It’s like being upset and saying a book is bad because it mentions someone you don’t want mentioned and not because the information is bad. That’s clearly a hang up you’re projecting onto the world. Not all things have to be completely neutral in order to not offend. They should ask why they get upset just at the mention of someone rather than following the information and getting value where they can. They’re not upset about bad information or pushing an agenda they’re upset someone else mentions and uses something they don’t and they don’t want them to do that in the book that they not that particular reader worked to write. It’s a weird form of entitlement I think all things should conform to you even when those things are inherently bad and they’re personal to others. In the same way you can say merry Christmas even if it’s specific to a group and not to others. Others can be left out that’s fine. They have their own thing and we all get left out of things sometimes, dumb to think it should all conform to you and never do anything specific to others only. (Also you know when someone who very likely follows the establishment narrative says you’re spreading ‘dangerous misinformation,’ that you’re very likely right. Same morons who’ve devastated millions and act like they’re the guardians of truth using weapons of stupidity and actual pseudoscience nonsense they just use the media to push on people.)

If you are throwing that comment in the end then I hope you didn’t capitalize God in the book. There is one God but people make many gods. One gave us Jesus and therefore life the others give nothing.
