4:18 I appreciate how he broke this down from a business standpoint. In my opinion, he’s basically saying that Turk should have treaded lightly because in Birdman eyes he is expendable. He has never truly valued him the way he did the other CM affiliates. It’s f’d up, but it’s like he sees him as unworthy. When he was younger he had an addiction that caused a lot of problems and he was missing shows to get high and did 7 months in jail during the height of their success. He was more troublesome “business wise” than he was worth. Now as adults, he has sued for what Birdman felt like he didn’t deserve and he isn’t willing to overlook it. He’s dealing with him on a distant business level only and that means he can deny access at will.
