Honestly, Abagail levelling up based on bosses killed would have been an amusing mechanic. Just leave it as something that can sorta follow you through the game even if it's not ideal

The Pharoah's set can be the best thing to find in a pyramid chest. If you throw both pieces into the shimmer, you get both the magic carpet and the sandstorm in a bottle.

FUN FACT: 31:38 you could have stopped at ruthless and it would have been better since its the same damage bonus with less knockback(so targets dont get bounced away)

Idea: give yourself infinite summon slots, but only allow one of each summon. Use leveling for the summons and/or omniwield with whips for extra spiciness.

28:02 since 1.4 Witch Doctor sells the Tiki Armor as soon as you defeat Plantera, no staff needed.. Thank god for that, I remember killing Plantera like 13 times in one playthrough before finally getting the stupid staff I didn't even want because I already had Deadly Spheres, just to be able to buy the armor.

I really like levelling up a specific item through the whole game. It's cool to see how strong something can get, especially if it's an item that doesn't normally get a lot of attention

Incase you do another summoner challenge, the best modifiers for minion staffs is ruthless or whatever increase damage the most Another thing to note is that anytime you reforge or increase the damage of your weapon overall you have resummon the minion for the new damage to be applied I personally am interested in seeing a sentry only run

Abigail is my favourite weapon (fren) so every time the mod got updated, i checked if she finally worked (she didn't gain exp before), and when it worked i started an Abigail only playthrough too peak modding

By the way, you no longer need the Pygmy Staff in your inventory for Tiki Armor. That has been removed since 1.4 / is only on the 3DS version.

You can also use another Necromantic Scroll to get another minion slot + summon damage, as well as an Apprentice Scarf or any of it's counterparts. You should have the max amount of summons, 11 or in your case 21.

Abigail getting a boost from going into hardmode is what made me use her to grind for the Sanguine staff for mechs in my summoner playthrough, she was just so useful I honestly could've used her for mechs over the bats...but eh I wanted to try the bats.

I think you forgot that it has been almost 4 years since the change that made it so you no longer need to have pygmy staff to buy tiki armor lol ( all you need is to defeat plantera ) 31:43 why do you want mythical on a summon? Ruthless gives an even biiger damage boost, the other stats don't really matter. Also keep in mind the speed increase from modifiers only applies to the weapon itself, it doesn't make the minion faster

damage modification doesn't affect summons, so in this case the *one* time you get godly by chance, it's not that good. It would be better to get ruthless, legendary, maybe even frenzying.

Necr0, it is possible to change the emblem in shimmer, it is possible to change the pharaoh set in shimmer for the sandstorm in a bottle and for the magic carpet and it is no longer necessary from the pigmy staff to the witch doctor sell summoner items

The pharaoh set is actually the best item to get from pyramids now since each piece can be shimmered into a carpet and sandstorm in a bottle

Idk if you know necr0 but on summons the best modifier is ruthless as they aren’t affected by critical chance and speed is only for the actual summoning time alongside the mana cost

hey one thing i do suggest when using mods like this in the future is add the settings your using on the mod so people like me who just got the mod and didnt get the same results and got confused.

Hey, did you know that you can swap between all the emblems that the Wall of Flesh gives you in the Shimmer? This allows you to have the emblem you are looking for so you don't have to kill the Wall of Flesh several times or have to wait to kill all the mechanical bosses to make the avenger emblem.

Honestly you can skip tiki sett for spooky set it’s better with matching wings and not that difficult to farm, also ruthless is the optimal prefix for any summon weapon you can’t use crit knock back mana costs reductions ect damage is all you can really get
