Hey all, hope you enjoy the video! Some quick important notes - Due to having to travel all week sorting stuff out I will likely not be posting any more videos until Friday onwards. Also at 6:25 talking about From The Depths I think I sounded a bit too harsh, I will be going back to the game at a later date but I just burnt myself out and I'm not a good enough actor to record something I'm not currently having fun with and sound enthusiastic. Still one of my all time favourite games and I'm sure I will be playing it again soon enough. :)

21:09 Lathrix, the animation of the cruise missiles does not go straight up, but more like it goes back a tiny bit and goes upwards. the missiles were hitting the cylinder pieces, causing them to do a weird flip.

I wish they had Hellfire missles that r controlled by the player for drones and they need helicopter landing pads also nuclear missile silos also they need to add rivers and lakes and rudders and nuclear torpedoes for ships

Regarding From the Depths they ruined the light alloy blocks. They now look like shit. Also now you can build *COMPACT GUNS* since the firing piece now counts as 10 coolers.

I kinda do wish that you would use the more overpowered every now and again as the gso and venture missiles are fairly underwhelming and due to the amount of these missile used per craft it kinda gets a bit repetitive and lacks diversity. I do believe your opinion on balance is fair but perhaps you might be able to adjust other features of crafts using the better missiles, I do also agree that repetition can be quite boring. Just my opinion.

You mentioned about from the depths in the vid and about having to build every little peice from scratch.... why don't you for your next season build a modular navy? where every ship is designed around pre biult weapon, engine, or other peices, with the bodies either built around them or also pre built in sections. it wouldn't be the best but it would be fun, would it not?

The problem with payload terminals in a nutshell; "Here's all this stuff you can use to make a huge, sprawling base and craft anything you need from resources!" "Or you could just use this single block that lets you buy anything for raw money." They obsolete bases (outside of autominer clusters) COMPLETELY. Just... words can't describe how incredibly stupid that is. It's as if Blizzard decided that high level players should be able to summon at will a vendor that sells all items (including raid/dungeon rewards) in WoW.

Have you considered doing a Comunity/Viewer submission campaign for From the depths? That way you don't have to be focused on building things yourself? Just a suggestion. I understand the burnout though, I Just meant as an idea for whenever your back into it.

High speed passes, and a rain of firey fury spewing down on your enemies, a few at the sides might make it look like the 'angel' flare system used on some aircraft even. Pretty sure it will not be a very efficient or safe way of doing things given the range of those things, but.... It would be very cinematic. Both for how it would look and the fps from oodles of missiles. And it would probably take little effort to convert it to a actually sensible bomb bomber. To one shot those pesky invasions. Hey lath I know how to exploit that anchoring thing you found. Once the wireless chargers are working again and you abandon the solar panel replace it for a fixed anchor with a block under it. That way the anchoring always fails and will correct your flight at will.

Next episode you should focus on creating a god turret! Something that can be placed at least 4 times around your base, one in each corner, that will have significant range and damage.

i REALLY would like to see a build using the connectors that self destruct. imagine a decently large mother-ship type craft that has little ai drones that get sent off to fight when you release them.

See if you can “send invader” the duplicates away. That or just throw them on the ground in a big pile and run away.
