Cheadle is better for supporting RDJ, but Terrence Howard matched him with an energy that could steal scenes and take War Machine as a character to another level. If Terrence Howard was still playing War Machine people would be wanting a War Machine solo movie. Guaranteed. EDIT: Okay I'll take the L, Don Cheadle got a War Machine solo series on Disney Plus.

They knew War Machine had potential to out shine Ironman, WE the fans, lost out on an even GREATER MCU. Marvel lo$t out on even more money, because (Terrence Howard) War Machine could have and should have had his own film franchise after Ironman 2. Small thinking on Marvel's part. I would bring Howard back through the Spiderman films via the multiverse, he could be War Machine or even Ironman in those alternate universes.

I know that I don't have to go through live needing validation of my beliefs but the wisdom that was understood between two good men on an indirect level amongst one another and shared to the public in a respectful way, gives me peace about my own struggles and the will to overcome what feels like difficult situations and courage when strength isn't enough to mentally pull myself out of them.

Unfortunately, Howard's claim of having a PhD is false. He doesn't even have a Bachelor's. The school he mentions (SCSU) has stated that they only gave him an *honorary* degree for a speaking engagement, nothing more. He's a fine actor, certainly intelligent, and may very well be involved in the synthetic diamond business, but he's just embarrassing himself by continually pretending to have a doctorate.

I am loving and respecting Terrence Howard even more. Excuse me Dr. Terrence Howard. I Am so proud of him. Not only did he help an elderly neighbor, he earned a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering!!! Growing Diamonds!!!! That's Major! Check out my presentation only had 6 days to choose a topic, research and create and upload.

You need to rethink that opinion. He just lied about having a Ph.D. Believe me I was really impressed he said it as I got a B.S. in Electrical Engineering but it's a shame he had to lie about that.

This sheds a bit of light on it. Glad it wasn't as petty as it seemed. I really missed Terrence's emotional delivery but I think Don better fits the War Machine tone. Still gets me in the first film when he finds Tony in the desert though. He REALLY sold that they were *best* friends.

I think if Terrence was still a part of the production when they offered Don the role and he had went to Terrance and asked him about it, I think it could of potentially got him black balled. You see a lot of black actors and comedians getting black balled for not playing the game the way Hollywood's owners want the game played. ( that's coming from someone who isn't even black)

Interesting for a couple of reasons. I never heard thatbyou could "grow" diamonds. ChemEng doctorate is equally as interesting. Find his 97/98 Hollywood interviews where he speaks of his educational background.
