Kolkata Doctor Brutality: Kolkata police have sent summons to a TMC MP and a former BJP leader- the TMC MP for allegedly spreading misinformation and the BJP leader for revealing the victim’s identity. Additionally, two RG Kar MCH doctors and several journalists, big social media handles, have also received summons. Why should SC entertain cases while SC advises litigants (some) to approach HC? Should SC not follow the procedure? SC means extreme liberty and bail for the criminals and judgment at lightening speed. Rich advocates must have planned well and approached SC and rich advocates will defend the Principal, Top Cop who was earlier Head CID, accused and 7000 criminals. SC should focus and pass judgment on millions of pending old cases of poorest class senior citizens and pensioners and middle class. Please allow HC to deal with the cases in WB Doctors take action in your hands legally and IMA is not taking necessary actions. Handing over a paper to Nadda Ji is not IMA's duty Mamata ji will not act IMA will not act. Doctors, please issue an order withdrawing medical services and medicines to the Principal, the Top Cop who was earlier Head CID, the accused, and 7000 criminals who don't need hospitals and doctors Don't even supply medicines to them, Don't treat them by doctors and nurses
