I added a tiara from Dr Mego and used 2 red pins as earrings....and a yellow wire for lasso...perfect!

I didn't like the body design and that the tiara was painted on. I'm hoping we see the Cher, Farrah, and other dolls from this new venture of Mego too

I dont think the box are of art work are reflective of any of the old mego artworks x

Yea, that wording on the box is confusing ... I don't have any of the original 12-inch superhero Megos (like Batman) from back in the day, but I don't think the art on the box looked like that. And the art on the Kelly Garrett card is definitely not like the art on the original 8-inch Megos. The logo is the only thing that's similar.

Would you recommend her as a good alternative to someone who can’t afford the original 70s doll? Also does she have feet like a regular doll or are the boots pegged in? Was thinking of getting her & making my own 70s Diana outfit to go over her regular outfit, I love the original show so much!

Well, the original '70s Wonder Woman 12-inch Mego was more of a doll for little girls that was meant to have her clothes changed. Little girls were in the TV commercial at the time, definitely the target market. This 2018 one is truly a supersized action figure. And the boots aren't pegged on -- they slip on and off exactly like other figures. She has the articulation at the ankle exactly like the 8-inch Megos. Her boots are really similar to the red boots of the 12-inch WW from the '70s, but really orangey.

Just remember her tiara is painted on so you can't remove it, so even if you want to change her outfit to a uniform the tiara will still give her identity away. Also, I think her WW outfit will be very hard to remove without ripping it apart because it seems to be sewed on, and there are no buttons or snaps.

I’m using a headscarf to cover the tiara (I know she never wore one but thought it would look cute and very 70s)& going for a s2/s3 look with a baggy blouse & bell bottoms in a way so I won’t have to remove any of the WW outfit :)

I bought that from a crafts booth at Awesome Con 2017 in Washington, D.C. It's stainless steel, and they had other DC hero emblems, too. It was only $10 -- a nice find!

The big star of this MEGO 14 inch set is Wonder Woman and she is the HOT one in the batch followed by General Zod and Harley. I'm VERY happy that you got one because I know you will love her. What happened to your theme classic song?
