--- Horrified by everything I saw: The house had been abandoned for more than 20 years. In my mind, I had an image of birds that seemed to have carried all the plants up to the roof. This scene has existed and mingled with this space for a long time. Huge tree roots, like outstretched fingers, invaded the 20 cm thick wall, a unique natural picture that we faced during this clean up mission.
--- We do not hesitate to cut down each part. Trees grow right on the roof, requiring more care and dedication from us. Sawing trees at height sometimes puts us in danger, and this makes every step more important than ever.
--- But it doesn't stop there, the giant root system, like a delicate network, still remains. Removing them becomes increasingly difficult, posing a new challenge that we must face.
