That makes so much sense because I was totally getting the 80's Silent Night, Deadly Night Vibes! 🪓 @LoganFlores When you say the gritty grindhouse feel from the first Terrifier, are you referring to the All Hallows Eve version? I saw that one recently, and even though it's not the same Art I've grown to love, I still preferred the grindhouse aesthetic much more to the newer ones; but that's just me. Now that I've seen all of them, I can honestly say that was the only one that actually felt scary to me. Not hating on the rest; just my taste is all!

Oh no please not a film aslong as the last one😅 keep it closer to the 2hr mark but make it more intense! Last one felt like it had too much filler between all the good stuff

I know it's awesome! The first movie was a basic slasher, the second one was a fantasy epic and this one is a Christmas movie! Maybe the fourth one will be in space!

The director Damien Leone has said he wanted to make Terrifier 4 if T3 was a success, but we will have to wait. I’m also anticipating Terrifier 3 as well since I love horror media centered around the Christmas holiday

I don't think the first one had lose ends, it was pretty simple and straightforward and it was what made it good: no big plot just a psycho guy who kills a bunch of people with some good practical effects like the old times. It was the second one that got some real flaws: way too long for what you see, characters are not that good and also the acting for some of them is a lil bit disappointing, also it seems like it wants to draw some background for Art with the father's sketch book thing and the little clown girl but in the end it doesn't. Also it got the same amount of kills (not as cool as the first one imo) with 1 hour more, although I gotta admit the girl who gets killed in her bed is really gruesome so I approve that.

I’m feeling the classic black Christmas vibes as well And Damien said he also drew inspiration from that tales from the crypt episode and that it was his favorite episode. Looking forward it it next year!

Oh for sure! It'll definitely be right up there with the Rankin/Bass xmas films, and home alone. A whimsical wonderful winter-land film that will keep the whole family entertained for years to come.

Agreed cinematography is great. What I loved about part 2 was how great it was filmed no shaky cam BS. A ton of movies either do shaky cam whole time or during attack sequences in movies and it doesn't intensify it by being shaky. Terrifier 2 has no stupid shaky cam throughout even during the attack sequences which made it even better. Had the privilege to see part 2 opening night in theater last year and will be seeing part 3 opening night as well. Can't wait to see how they will top part 2s intense sequences.
