At the beginning i was like ok that pine tree in the pyrenees will make it impossible for the orange team to win, especially having both blues attacking from the north and the east. Then i jumped straight to the ending. And then I watched the entire thing from the beginning
Actually that probably made it easier since it's a very small area to defend, and once a marble makes it through it's basically trapped there which is good because then it can reap havoc on the rest of europe without having to defend their capital. Also once it made it out of iberia it's trapped in a very small area which makes its attacks much more efficient

West Rome? Italy never got too big. I would say the Italian Empire at it's height during world war two, when it took out Albania. I also think the French empire was called "Frankish Empire"
*SPOILERS* Well, I guess I'll recount every major event of this video: To begin, ten nations remain in European lands after an unknown series of events: Red - Turkey; Blue - Great Britain; Yellow - Germany; Green - Greece; Orange - Spain; Purple - Ukraine; Pink - Italy; Cyan - France; White - Scandinavia; Black - Russia A British-French Conflict Was Inevitable - Right off the bat, the British and French get into a conflict because of their extremely close proximity. Britain lays siege to the French fortress, but they are repelled. The New Ottoman Empire, Apparently - Greece is unfortunately the first nation to get eliminated, as they get attacked on two fronts by Turkey and Italy. The Turks ultimately get to the Hellenic fortress before the Italians do, marking the dawn of the new Ottoman Empire. France Bamboozles Italy - Hilariously, the plans for a new Roman Empire get ripped apart by the French. One of the French marbles charges straight through the Italian defenses and takes over Sicily before taking the Italian fortress single-handedly. The British Invasion of Iberia - Apparently the Spanish conquered Portugal, because the British got pissed off at them and invaded Iberia (go look up the British-Portuguese alliance, you'll understand after reading about it). Both British marbles make a serious charge at Spanish territory and gain a foothold. The Fourth German Reich - The Germans have plans for conquest (again), and they take it out on Eastern Europe (again). The Ukrainians aren't able to hold on, and their fortress falls. Meanwhile, Scandinavia is making headway into Central Europe. The French Retaliation Against Britain - While the British are busy in Iberia, the French seize the opportunity for sweet revenge. A French marble charges the British fortress unhindered, saving the Spanish and expanding France's influence. This has serious consequences later on in the game. The French-Scandinavian Coalition Against The German Reich - Worried about Germany's growing power because of what happened in the World Wars, France and Scandinavia invade traditional German territory. Their efforts ultimately succeed, with the Scandinavians marching into Berlin and the Germans forced to flee to their Eastern European territories. Turkish Expansion Into Eastern Europe - As the German nation burns, they attempt to invade Russia and get very close to Moscow. However, the Turks seize the initiative and invade their remaining territory. Facing Scandinavian pressure from the west in addition to the Turks from the south, the Germans capitulate, with Turkey conquering their last stronghold, saving the Russians from being wiped out for the time being. The Scandinavian-Turkish Conflict - Conflict soon erupts between the Turks and the Norse, the two nations engaging in a drawn-out conflict with neither side gaining an advantage. The French Betrayal of Scandinavia - Embroiled in their war with Turkey, Scandinavia gets caught with their pants down by the opportunistic French Empire. Breaking off their alliance, the French invade and conquer traditional Scandinavian territory, forcing the Norse to relocate their central operations to Germany. The Second Sacking of Berlin - Looking to further their ambitions and keep up with France, Turkey invades Central Europe and makes a mad dash for Berlin. The gambit succeeds as Scandinavia is eliminated, setting the stage for what looks to be the decisive conflict between France and Turkey. The Spanish Invasion of France - No one expects the you-know-what. Remember when France eliminated the British? That action saved the Spanish from elimination, and they've just been along for the ride up until now. This entire time, they were planning, scheming, and calculating. At what they deemed the perfect moment, they blitzed Britain and France, shocking the whole world and enraging the French beyond comprehension. The French furiously retaliate during their conquest of the Balkans, but are unable to stop the Spanish conquest of traditional French territory. Eventually, Scandinavia also falls, and the French are thoroughly humiliated. The French Conquest of the Balkans - Concurrent to their failed retaliation against the Spanish, the French undertook a conquest of the Balkans, successfully taking them from the Turks. Turkish Invasion of Russia - For the entire game, the Russians were stuck in their corner, unable to break out. After a long and arduous conflict, the Turks finally forced Moscow to capitulate, making up for their losses in the Balkans. The Fall of the French Empire - In the final action of the Spanish-French war, the Spanish Empire undertakes a full scale invasion of Italy and the Balkans. The French are overwhelmed and slaughtered without mercy, setting the stage for the final conflict. The Spanish-Turkish War for European Domination - Two empires. Two nations. Two religions. Two ideologies. The New Iberian Empire against the New Ottoman Empire, for total dominance of Europe. Riding the momentum from their total victory over the French, the Spanish quickly conquer traditional German lands. As Berlin falls, the Spanish also successfully conquer Istanbul, occupying the Turkish heartland. As Eastern Europe falls, the writing is on the wall. The Turks make their desperate final stand in Moscow, holding out for as long as they could. In the end, the Spanish complete their conquest of Europe, ushering in a new era of Iberian prosperity and longevity.
