It's a shame the scenario just doesn't work in RCT classic. The intent (in OpenRCT2, in which I did all my playtesting) was for the initial pathing to require a few fixes - things like added path loops - to make sure the rating stays above 700. Then you can raise the ride prices and start building. The loan wasn't actually meant to be paid off, but rather to counteract the very large income that the rides generate. In my own playtesting I was able to complete the goal in March year 4 without making any changes to the initial rides/paths - which is how I always tested the scenarios. So I figured that, for someone who puts a little more time into actually managing a park, they'd finish some time in year 3. Really surprising to me that the change in pathfinding messes up the way the scenario functions to such a degree.

It was a really good example of how much the pathfinding has been improved in OpenRCT2. And I was using the old 'legacy' version too. The side by side shot worked out brilliantly. I just had so many issues, many of which I didn't show as I wasn't able to capture it properly. Still a great pack though. Thank you very much. I'll do the challenge pack at some point in the future.

It's a shame that the game was working against you in this one, but I think the final product looks amazing! I'm glad you stuck with it to show us, always a pleasure to watch your parks :) I might be going off on a tangent, but my dad used to have model trains when he was younger, but got rid of them as he got older so I never got to see him with his trains. I feel like watching your videos is similar to how it would be watching my dad with his model trains 😊 Maybe I should get him some trains for his next birthday 🤔

Delete the path on just one side of the entrance that goes past the entrance. Openrct2 also has bad pathing and can’t handle pathing behind the entrance. But I think if you delete it on one side the guests won’t get lost.
