Christians and non Christians paid money for this concert there has to be some level of entertainment. I can’t deal with Kirk anymore. I group up watching him and there is definitely a change in his spirit. He doesn’t praise God like he used to, it’s all a show now.
I’d rather hear some old church mothers singing an old hymn. Maybe not that exciting but it is good for the soul, and those words come back to comfort you when going through a trial, all this guitar and drum and stage excitement will do nothing when you need help in your life
I see what you're trying to say. It can if the people are saved and conduct themselves accordingly, but I don't know about the background of the entertainers on that stage. They're a little iffy. This act is more in tune with the strippers and street behavior where they declare that they will never change their ways and keep on doing.

I can't judge based off a 30 second clip but what I can say it God does new things give people new revelations on his the Bible should be interpreted and Kirk has always been creative.... This clip may be a skit a demonstration

I’m really disturbed by this. Kirk is playing with fire. The Holy Spirit has definitely left that place. I have to reword this but, sometimes we as a people think entertainment is key. Jesus didn’t come to entertainment us. He was always about His Father’s business. We as a people in this culture need a true revival we have lost site of true worship! The Holy Spirit does the work we are just instruments…❤
Did the spirit speak to you directly about someone else? Because I’m pretty sure the spirit speaks to each individually and it’s definitely NOT to condemn someone else’s praise. Well given the excitement & joy of the momentum, what do you expect the atmosphere should be ? Religious zombies, Catholic Mass or monks at a monastery. Every time I hear or see anything from him. I remember back when he first came out and I was listening to a interview with him. He told the interviewer when asked would he ever become commercial if he had to he said no and then he had shocked the world with stomp. He never set right with me. Heart breaking 💔 I experienced a similar concert in Jacksonville how disappointed I was my heart was so excited to receive instead left with a crushed heart. Never again will I go to a concert with kirk in it 😢 but in the meantime, all I can do is pray for him😢

Kirk had a concert. During the closing of the performance the band was playing so well that to honor their performance Kirk showed them in a comedic way how moved he was by their performance.

Kirk Franklin has blessed my life with his songs, SILVER AND GOLD, NOW BEHOLD THE LAMB, JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON, MELODIES FROM HEAVEN, STOMP, MY LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS etc, etc, for many years….and from the 90’s all of us that have loved Kirk, attended his concerts, worshipped Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour with tears streaming down our eyes because the presence of the Holy Spirit was so evident but we also knew that humour was also a great factor at his concerts. He’s just a naturally funny guy. Back then when he came on the gospel scene,his ministry was seen as relatable, refreshing. Christians could Praise and Worship God but also with some fun and laughter along the way… He’s the same person then and through all the year’s. I see nothing wrong with that❤😊
