Thanks for posting this, MacCarthy is a legend. I had the pleasure of working with him at the NCDC in Macon.

Thanks. I have Terry's book on cross-examination and I am thrilled to find copies of his lectures on this important topic. I strongly recommend the book, MacCarthy on Cross-Examination as well as these lectures to anyone interested in becoming a better trial attorney.

Terry is a National Treasure - no doubt about it!

The legend.

Its an art and a scuence. Once you get in the zone...

Terry is very entertaining in his dramatic garrulousness. It's rather like going to a bar (as differentiated from the State Bar) where law students informally hang out after school or work and engage with a favorite professor or two in a kind of shop talk complete with many amusing anecdotes..... The big question: Does Terry have something against Ben Matlock's Cross?

Skip to part 4. Terry wastes everyone's time until then. Take my word for it, or learn the hard way.

Sweet Jesus. If I spend the $88 to buy the kindle version will he get to the point? Great anecdotes and storytelling but if you're trying to glean some tips on cross from youtube I'd look elsewhere.
