It's Studio Sunday March 8, 2020 with Robyn and Terry Moore.
With the cancellation of Emerald City Comic Con, we announce our virtual convention for next weekend, Abstract Studio Con... with all books signed plus the con sketches for sale online that I normally hold back for cons, and Free Shipping for all orders in the U.S.A. You get everything you could at a con except the fist bump. I.O.U. on that.
Today's Q&A:
1. Why do you work on B&W? Why not stick with the coloring you had at Homage Comics?
2. How do you come up with the concept for a new series? Do you try to think about what readers want?
ART TIME!
Five Years #9 is due tomorrow so I am working on a real page that must be done professionally and quickly. Watch me letter and ink over rough pencils as I try to share details in my process and the decisions I make while working. No tight pencils, no lingering and fuddling for perfection, it's all due tomorrow and I have to work fast and efficiently. Here's how I do that.
