@@margerymcdougall9850 Your dog looks like a working line of Lakeland Terrier and I haven't seen any of those of Embark. I've only seen the more show-line looking ones. I was wondering if they are genetically the same. Terry looks like an awesome dog!
@@TheBeatnikAndrew Hi, we bought Terry from a breeder in Yorkshire. He's from working stock and is from the Middleton blood line. We bought him purely as a pet, he's quite a character. He's turning into a stunning looking dog.
@@margerymcdougall9850 I have a middleton working line Lakeland terrier..black and tan dog called Earl. They're totally different in looks than the show type..and if you look at old photos of Lakeland terriers. They look like the working strain..not the show type. Great dogs full of character. And so loving..always had Golden retrievers before.. so glad Earl and I crossed paths..wouldn't any other breed now..
@@garyjohnson.. We've never had a dog with so much character and intelligence as Terry. He's our first Lakie after previously having lurchers. He loves to play and is constantly coming up with new games. We do have to watch him though with other dogs, mostly he's okay but sometimes he can turn on them which led us very recently to having him neutered in the hope it might stop the aggression. Round the house though he's as soft as anything. 🙂
