This is a great interview, she is just bursting with happiness. The second part of her life turned out much better than the first part. God bless you Tina!
Tina was in her 40’s at the time but with the sprit of a coming of age 20 something…it’s amazing honestly, just to see you can still have grand mental turning points during your late 30’s into 40’s
Life seemed so much ,different, better and exciting when tina turner was around quite simply cos she seemed to make it a happier world its sad to think that all we have is what she left behind RIP Tina you never miss the well till the water runs dry
My God this woman was gorgeous! Sexy without being trashy. Phenomenal voice, dynamic stage performer, and a down to earth demeanor. Tina is an Icon and a legend. RIP beautiful lady. You are missed.
Tina Turner talks about her life, being a "loner", and performs two songs from her new album, including "The Best". Also in the studio is Richard Briers. Episode #9.111 (1989)
@@ItsTerryTime - Yes then the Terry Wogan show made a mistake. The Tina Turner interview is from either September or October 1989. during the promotion tour of her "Foreign Affair" album. In 1991 Tina had short hair and had released a "The Best Of" album. This interview is done two years earlier.
Don't think this was January 1991.I remember watching this and am sure it was September 1989.She opened with 'The Best and closed the show with 'Steamy Windows'
