I homeschool and same ad u I'm doing same breakfast, lunch , teas to the point everyone going off everything but when I do have a light bulb moment and make different things no one likes it and revert bk it is never ending cycle 😂 x

Ehh. Ready souces full of sugars. Cornflakes not sure but if they are not plain full of sugar. Pastries highly procssed full of carbohydrates. Pitas ok. Lots of bread. Some is ok but yours is highly processed. Wraps good if u do it with meat and veggies. Ms molly horrible full of sugar and will give your kids diebieties, wago wheels even worse! Popocorn its my weaknesses as well but its really bad for you. Instant noodles worst thing even really processed and unhealthy. Ham and chicken bites and chciken and pizzas, horrible for you and highly processed. You should buy some fressh meats instead. Strwaberries good. Crunch corners full of sugar. Salmon probably your best purchase. Fresh chicken breast good. Cheese good.
