I was reluctant to purchase these at first because I had never heard of Arroyo tires. My mechanic recommended them so I did some research and found your RU-vid, it was very impressive and put me over the top. I purchased them and all I can say is WOW!!!...half the price of my former major brand and so far they perform just as well if not better. Thanks for the video....I highly recommend these tires.
You are heaven sent. I was about to spend $2000 on four new tires for my GTI. Hard pass. Ordering these now. Thanks for the awesome share. You're the man!!
I just put these on my Civic SI and am shocked at how much better my wet and dry traction is!! I had gotten used to the cheapos on there prior. These Arroyo perform like much more expensive tires
Awesome update - and I agree with every word, having the exact same staggered tire setup and driving in the Chicagoland area. I've done road trips this summer to Tampa, Denver, and Detroit with these -- through rain and everything and absolutely no slippage like you said. These tires, made in Thailand, are the real DEAL!! Makes me think Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Firestone has been ripping me off all these years. Hahaha Thanks again for the great update and here's to both of us getting through the winter, although have a good winter pair isn't a bad idea, like you said.
I had these on my SRT8 and they worked out fine. I didn't push them however much and it's been months since I've driven that car. I am looking for tires to put on my tesla and I was kind of shocked such a cheap tire is getting good reviews like this. My car was modded and loud so things like paying attention to road noise was not a thing I bothered with on my srt8. On my audi I've only had pirelli's but now I might put some arroyo's next time around as well. Thanks for sharing.
ever since i got low mileage from my expensive Continental and Michelin tires, I've gone to "no name brand" tires. They perform well enough. People are just too afraid to try them out. The brand name tires are not worth the extra cost for maybe slightly better performance, and you're paying for their marketing costs, not actual tire improvements.
I got some arroyos for my 19inch rims on my 2019 WRX STI. Been about 3 years and apparently still a lot of life left in em after 25k miles. I have pushed these pretty hard from time to time as well. Surprised with their performance, but always still paranoid in the back of my mind because they are "cheap" tires made in Thailand or Taiwan, but hey I did hear that they have to pass a safety inspection and regulations before being able to be sold in the US so theres that. Also I've heard of name brands blowing up within a few miles so theres also that.
Was thinking hard about getting a set of some really nice tires and not cheaping out for my Honda Prelude, but dang after all I've heard its hard to pass up on these for $229 for all 4
Update for anyone wondering: I have since bought the tires and I have zero complaints, great traction and ride quality, quiet, I mean you'd never know I paid $229 brand new for 'em, they're great.

Would you recommend them? I am trying to get them for my Toyota Sienna 2015 LE FWD, how many miles did it lasted you? And is it good in the rainy weather? A mobile tire shop is charging me $400 for 4 sets of new tires of them. Let me know if I should go for it?! Thanks!
Depends on your needs and climate you drive in, these are a great all season tire

I'd like to know how they handle random puddles at speed (Scenario; driving abiut 60-70mph after or during a heavy rain) And their heat tolerance (Situation; if you do spirited driving, some tyres get hot too fast and can actually be detrimental for adequate traction)
Hek, of they can handle that hefty S just fine then I'm sure they'd handle a '15 Mustang just fine. What about heat, have you noticed any strange behaviour when nearing their heat tolerance? @Mykesgarage
@@MrFitbossLook into ALL WEATHER rather than "all seasons". All seasons are not really meant to be used on harsh winter climate, all weather perform closer to a fully winter tire.
