The reason why it uses The old. Graphics on the highway. Is because they did not merge the two different codes. That run on the highway and the city streets That will come in version 11.
Questions - I don't know if it is the camera visuals, but does the Tesla do the correct speeds through the sections of the city? Seems to me the camera makes it look like you are going a little faster than normal. Also, you probably mentioned this to others, but do you have to touch or put pressure on the steering wheel periodically to let the Tesla know you are alert and what is going on? I take it there is no camera watching your eyes like other Self Drive vehicles?? How often do you have to touch the steering wheel while in FSD? Looks like you are touching the steering wheel quite often. Other than that thanks for your great video.
also I prefer where u had one camera showing the screen in the car and switches to the 360 outside camera. the split screen is confusing me. love your videos tho
im looking forward to getting a Tesla and I want fsd so thx for posting these videos and being very consistent and active. looking forward to all your post
Thanks for the drive-in Philly ,it's helping me to get up my nerve for driving in Austin . Looks like we have more lane markings so it probably should be a little better .
Lane planning, especially in unusual and complex situations still needs quite a bit of work overall, though as with many things, progress has been ongoing.
I would have been a little uncertain and cautious in much of that early part of the driving with those roads and me not having driven there (took cabs and buses when I went to Philly for work or vacation, by jet). In all cities with trolleys, bus lanes, trams, and other unusual things, it definitely causes extra issues with FSD. Those things are examples of why I think it's still a LONG time before a big general zone for FSD robo-taxis is a likely reality, like say for he US lower 48.
Yes it needs work. It's a beta. I think it needs several years of work at a minimum before it's ready for any large robo-taxi networks. OTOH, look at the massive cumulative progress in just the past two years. Faster than I ever expected, re total progress.
I appreciate the hard work you do on your video's but don't like the roof cam split screen. I really prefer seeing more of the screen at larger size. Just my thoughts. I subscribed and will see if you address this. Thanks
I have tried FSD in Philly and forget it. Tesla cannot do Philly proper and definitely not Ben Franklin Parkway. If Tesla can tackle Philly then if can work anywhere.
Sorry the reason you didn’t get it before is because you can’t follow the simple directions of keep your hands on wheel. That is true of both FSD Beta and Autopilot. So quite your failures and keep you hands on Steering wheel.
@@billy-kyle I would consider using FSD on a long trip where I know there's going to be vast straights, just so I could chill out a little. I'd be afraid to fall asleep tho.
