I'm more impressed that in reality when the race was even the plaid could stay with it!!! It's like twice as heavy!!! If you double the civic power to account for the weight difference then it's 1600hp vs 1000hp!!! The civic should absolutely drop the plaid but when they went together (the last race) the plaid had more instant torque and the civic pulled it back slowly!! But it should have pulled it back very quickly and flew past!! Imagine racing 2 petrol cars one 100hp car vs 160hp the same weight, the 160hp car would win very easily!!

One can be reapaired at home. The other will be salvaged because the repair costs outweigh the cost of the vehicle

Its bouncy cause is super stiff on the rear to hook up better, the bouncing is literally the tire flex not suspension lol

None of them were clean, but under the right conditions that civic would certainly be neck & neck with that Tesla, if not a bit ahead. A lot plays into this race but science cannot be defeated, power to weight ratio. The scales tip in the civics favor, and it was turned down. If that civic was AWD I doubt he would’ve spent his time doing this.

We race a soon to be not stock anymore challenger ScatPack. We talk about this all the time. It should kill the tesla in the 1/2 mile for 2 reasons ..... 1 the tesla is currently limited to 163mph which it reaches in a little after a 1/4 mile and 2, because the civic is a full blown race car. Y’all can talk all the trash you want but that is a great idea for roll racing. You have 3 lanes with both racers on the outside lane. You have the “tree vehicle” like he said in the middle but about 2 car lengths ahead so both outside cars can see. Both racers flash the “tree vehicle” and he turns his hazards on, and you go once the hazards have blinked 3 times. That’s a perfect idea for fair racing. This has nothing to do with forza. It’s essentially the same as when the bike tried to start the race but he was on the outside lane so I think the civic had a hard time seeing.

Civic is on 235/60-15 Mickey Thompson Et street ss dot radials. It was spinning at the top of 4th gear going 160+ It can use better tires for the street, but it’s not raced on the street really.

You do know we are in 2021 and there is boost by gear right? In 3rd gear it’s sees 20 psi to keep traction 4th gear it sees 27 and was still spinning up to 170.
