I am HR and I tell people all of the time, hire a consultant outside of your job to look at your case before going to EEOC or an attorney. It saves time and $$. You get the attorney if you want a good payout but a consultant will determine if you have a case.

I worked in the same elevator 2014-2016 I can say it was the worst experience I had to deal with a lot of safety issues and staying awake +12hrs. I went a week without pay,2 breaks and only 1 lunch, not getting the differential pay because I worked in the Night Shift.
I will say this this country would fall without African-Americans our ancestors made this country should we all decide to go back to Africa this country would crumble but evidently they need us we don't need them.

I had Hispanics talking about me in Spanish at work. Went to HR and they said the employees were talking about a food recipe they wanted to ask me which is a lie because they didn’t know Spanish is my first language. Guess who was fired by HR. As an Afro Latina this has happened too many time and I never sue or complain but get to the next job because life won’t give me a break or time to put people on their place. Specially when your living pay check to paycheck. If they do this to me as a black Latina I know they do it to all black people. Just like my family they gaslight you and say it’s not happening. I hope God takes me away so that I won’t have to suffer anymore. I don’t care about working hard I just want to be treated equally. Why can’t we just go to work, and go home to our families like everyone else? This is crazy. They want us deceased, on the street and on welfare so that they can laugh and mock you some more. Than talk about your absent father as if it was a choice wen many times life isn’t going well for none of us.

Yep! I own a company which has over 40 employees. I’ve had one job and it was my last, in this role I was discriminated against which is why I became an entrepreneur, M.Turner. Furthermore I say that to say, treat others fair and with respect regardless of who they are, what they look like etc. I do not condone nor do I tolerate such things within the company. My HR team will terminate you quicker than you can clock in. 🤣💯🤷🏾♂️

Idk its so hard to believe this. I live in the South in a very rural area and the plant i worked at has all types of people including illegal immigrants. I never heard one person being ugly to anyone about race or gender. If fact it was just the opposite. There were arguments and definitely people treating others badly but it wasn't ever because of race. Judge slashed the reward from 137 mill to 15 mill which is perfectly balanced imo for harrassment he faced and yes there is a degree and scale where court of law judges crimes.
