I was in the VIP box on the right side of the sound booth. Incredible view and incredible sound. So happy I got to see Tesseract after being a fan for years.
Yes there is a backing track to help it sound consistent and fuller, but he is also singing it all live. It's easier to tell apart if you're actually in the room I think.
@@karmapolice911 ok cool. I was hoping as much! I’m guessing there is a long Ecco on some of the screams too. Sounds good though. I’m wanting to enjoy the album but it sounds so flat and quiet.
He is singing live. They have backing vocals on the backing tracks and Dan also uses a vocal processor live, so that polishes things up somewhat. But he can do all the lead vocals live. He's an absolute beast.
@@karmapolice911 When I saw them (twice) before this date there was no backing track BUT this is deep into the tour maybe his voice wasn't good on the day so he needed a bit more help, as you can hear him staying in his comfortable range
