I heard her spoke from last year's Filipina Entrepreneurship Summit and I can tell she is indeed a humble super hard-working person. Although I don't like how SM hire people, they do know how to do business, make profits and at the same time, make prices cheaper for the commoners like me to buy. So as an investor, I'm investing with them. But I do hope they will do something to improve their contractualization way of hiring people.

of course SM and the other Oligarchs (Ayala, etc) want to delay ASEAN and the associated competition, because they will have to compete, something that they are not eager to do! Philippines legal system is rigged to discourage FDI, a widely known fact, somehow lost on this PC interviewer... And on real estate bubble, YES there is one forming. So many residential units coming on line, and prices are being controlled by the Oligarchs. Ayala for example, stipulates in many of their sales contracts the right to deny the buyer to sell at a lower price.
