Hi I am always getting this error , even though my database contains all the data. expected to contain: ShoppingItem(name=shopping item, amount=5, price=5.5, imageUrl=, id=null) but was : [] Please help me with this. Someone else has also reported this bug. Please respond.

Hi great tutorial, I hope you keep making these videos. I am using hilt and I have my ViewModel with @ViewModelInject annotation and in the fragment I use by viewModels() annotation to instantiate. If I want to test my fragment with my viewModel, is the process the same as you showed in this video? or do I need to do something else?. Sorry if my english is a little bad. I hope you have understood me.

I had passed the test. I still don't understand why the test needs to add fragmentFactory. Does the activity use the same method?

did u watch hes earlier videos ?? he clearly mentioned its to pass parameters to fragments while testing to be used by HILT

@@ZaidZakir right but how are we injecting the fragment factory into the test class @Inject lateinit var fragmentFactory: ShoppingFragmentFactory we didnt provide this object in testAppModule
