Thanks Tom! It is a practical tuning that gets you a lot of performance. You can go even further.. to gain just a tiny bit more.. I will keep working on it, but it is pretty good right now.

Saturday Morning Two Lines Coffee Time - Very nice tuning video Marty! I been working on my 63C Toyota to bring with me next trip. I will look at the body float a bit more to see how it effects the handling. The other thing I want to look at is Slot.it's lead wires. I like how they are routed, but they seem to stiff and restrictive for the guide movement. New lead wires will be coming soon as well. As always, THANK YOU!

We need to add the descriptive that this video teaches. "Fine tuning" Sometimes a 1/4 turn dials in the cars sweet spot, no different then real racing.

Garth, I agree the sidewinder would be faster. I am tuning to the rules of the club class, which is stock motor pod configuration. I might have to try the sidewinder pod though… ;)

@@twolinesslotcars thanks for the clarification. I only have the one group C slotit and that is set up for the shop with 100g of downforce. On my short home track I feel this is a bit fast. But it looks like these can still make a good home circuit racer without the magnets. Keep you the good work and videos!

Good stuff, Marty. Has to feel good to shave off time after tuning efforts. I find Slot Its run great out of the box. But always nice to improve. Have their recent Can Am car and it's a beauty.😊

Rhys, yes, it is one of the final things I do.. I usually do it after I run in the gears and motor. So I still think there is another .10 in there.. I think I can get it under 5.0 on my layout.
