Great video, nice to see this car in action. The sound is awesome. Can anyone explain why this car makes that sound when decelerating? In the back cars like the 306 maxi did the same sound!
yes but WRC aero's is different from R5, the most noticeable thing is the rear wing that is bigger in WRCs while R5 have the same wing of older Super 2000 cars
You're probably talking about the gearbox. It makes a whining sound because it has straight cut gears. Search for "straight cut gears" to read more (links are not allowed here).
Because Citroen is already in the WRC. But i still dont understand, why PSA makes two R5 cars, which as they say, are from almost equall parts, Maybe they dont want spend too much money on expensive WRC... PSA is cutting costs
Tecnológicamente sensacional. Su diseño no me encanta. Muy gordo, perdieron la línea estilizada y de finos detalles del 206, que hoy por hoy, el lo mejor que han diseñado en cuanto a línea, ojalá regresen con un diseño más refinado del 206, sin duda volverá a ser un gran acierto.
