Good video with nice comparison. I was recommended to change my nMax rollers to 9g and now it's much more responsive and efficient in usual commuting speed of 70-90kph. Stock 14g felt very lazy and could not accelerate up hills 😅

I have the 2018 model in 125cc, frankly very nice machine, but I wanted to have more acceleration and top speed, which ball do you recommend, I want the scooter to be more responsive and have a top speed. Thank you for coming back and very nice video ❤️
as for the higher speed, you can remove the stops from your variant, I made a video how to do it, as for its power, I'm sorry, but the 125 doesn't have as much power as the 150, just if you put a camshaft, an exhaust and the Jackson 34 or 35, it will go a long way good!
Good morning, great video, I've been following you for several months and your advice is very technical. I'm writing to you from Italy and I'd like to ask you a question, I have a Honda Pcx 125 2023 (Euro 5), I replaced all the parts with Malossi products: Clutch, Kevlar belt, Reinforced clutch bell and variator with 10.5 gr rollers and white contrast spring, supplied by Malossi, i have original exhaust. But unfortunately the scooter doesn't go more than 110 km/h, having reached its maximum speed, the scooter slows down to 104/106 km/h continuing to remain accelerated, how can I improve the maximum speed without losing acceleration? I tried the 10 gr rollers and it has more acceleration but losing something of the maximum speed. The 11 gr rollers lose speed and also recovery. The 10.5 gr rollers are the ones that satisfied me the most Do you recommend I put on 9.5 gr Dr Pulley sliders to improve speed without losing acceleration?, if I'm not mistaken the original weights are 17.5 gr, right? P.s. the scooter has 5200 km, regular maintenance, engine oil and gear oil always replaced regularly, spark plug and air filter clean Thanks
first of all, I didn't like it from the beginning, I tried it on a few scooters and I don't like it at all, I'm a fan of Polini a lot, it's in Italy, it's made in Italy, first I would send you to remove the stops from the factory variator you will see more acceleration if you go now with 110 you will go as low as 135 with the factory ones that remove the stops I believe you will be happy

What is the best flyball for acceleration based from your experience? I have a honda click 125i version and it has 15 grams stock flyball what is the best flyball weight that you can suggest to reach my top speed for a short period of time
You should check out on indonesia or thailands click 125i! (we have it named vario 125 here) and for me the best acceleration is on 9 grams buat the balanced of them all are on 11 ( i use 12 for fuel economy) also, we do some modification on the roller housings to port and remove the top end of it so the roller could move up a little bit more ( same as using sliding rollers but with normal ones) search it up! its called "kerok jalur pulley" and its done on every scooter here! Maybe since you are interested in acceleration you will be also interested to see about machining the primary pulley and the Fan degreee into 14° (honda's stock is 15° and yamaha's is 14° stock) Some like me does it to around 13,5-13,8 for better acceleration. Combine both and you get far better launch and better top speed at the same time!

Hi, very informative video from you, may I ask is there any benefit when combining different rollers weight altogether? I'm planning to do the same thing with 3x 12g rollers and 3x 17gram rollers, I don't need the top speed that much but also don't want to balance fuel consumption as I'm told the lower your rollers are the more fuel it will use.

Though I don't have a pcx but I have an Airblade scooter which is quite similar to PCX so I can learn new things about the transmission. Thanks again and you've got a sub.
With the heavier one: more fuel economy and more torque, but less acceleration. With the lighter one: lower fuel economy, lower torque and greater acceleration. Is this correct?
Hi Lilyya With the lighter the billiards the better the starter the scooter also has and consumption is big. When it is heavy i billi i do not have a good star also it is very economical.
