That will sell quickly. I definitely love the Challengers. I have owned 5 old school Challengers in the past. 70 - 383 automatic 70 - 340 automatic 72 - 340 automatic 73 - 340 pistol grip 4 speed (I had this car for 19 years. Someone ran a red-light and t-boned me) 74 - 360hp automatic on the column. Plus newer Challengers 2012 - 3.6 2017 - 5.7 R/T (Someone ran into the back and totalled it) 2022 - 5.7 R/T

In my view, the challenger was the coolest offering Mopar offered during this era followed closely by the Cuda. Timeless beauty and style.

I used to have a 1973 . The only difference is that mine had a vinyl top. Black on black on black.😊 I wouldn't mind owning this one.

I've had some very good running 360's using just the basics- cam,intake,carb and exhaust. Loved it when the magnum roller engines showed up. They initially were quite cheap at the salvage yards. Initially. Lol. Hindsite I wish I bought 6 of them at the time before they got popular on the street.

They took the springs off because they cut out the underside structure of the hood. The hood will fold in half if it had springs.

This is one of those cars that once you get into it, is gonna take a lot to make really good. But at that price, you could probably do nothing for a couple of years and enjoy driving it.

IF I had a choice between this old 72' Challenger and the NEW-Modern one... I'd pick the old 72'... every day and twice on Sunday. There's a certain mystique that the old cars from the 60's- mid 70's have; which the modern ones can't touch.
