if you lost some weight that would help so much with all your pain , i know ive been there and i feel so much better for the weight lose its not easy but stick with it

By the time my Mother was my age, 60, she was told she needed both hips replaced. I have a hard time sleeping due to bad hips. I, like her, will not get the surgery. My Mother lived to be, 78.
It gets me down for sure there is so much I want to do but can’t it has took me till 6pm today just to clean the kitchen because I have to keep sitting down
You're beautiful X keep going and don't let the things get you down. Yeah lose a lil weight and it may help take some pain off the hips. I lost weight and yeah it was hard but once you see it coming off it gives you the inspiration to keep going. I'm sure you will have a lot of support on your channel aswell x ❤ love to you x
