@@seanridner1385 Stop being a midwit. AT3 apologized and refunded me after I sent pictures because the quality of the machining was particularly bad. They also said that the part was not up to their standards and they were contacting SOTA about the bad quality. You weren't involved in this, you had no first hand knowledge of this and you still commented. You are the definition of a midwit.
Glad to hear that the customer service team took care of you. Even if a product is low price it still should function. We want you to have a good experience, we aren't just here to take your money.
