I want one of these so bad, in the US we can get a performance 3 for about 44k USD after tax incentives. I Already have a Model Y and don't need another expensive car, so I might have to wait a few years. Plus im hoping they bring the stalks back, I really hate the lack of stalks.
@@TotallyElectric so it's exactly the spec from Tesla: 0-100kph with 1foot rollout at 3.1 seconds, which is equivalent to 3.3 sec without the rollout subtraction
Tesla needed to address one thing on the previous gen in terms of acceleration : the top end. Well they failed with that LG battery. Like you said not a huge difference 100-200kmh vs my m3 LR with accel boost. That’s a shame honestly
I have the 2024 m3p in Canada. The LG battery is a sore spot but at least my car is perfect quality. Built on par with the bmw M4 my dad has in terms of quality. The US built cars I’ve seen have been very hit or miss. Now I with I could have got a pano pack with Chinese quality. However the performance has way better handling than the LR and looks way better. The seats are also awesome. Adaptive suspension really makes it versatile. The car definitely lacks top end above 100-120 kmh although it still beats every other car in the price range.
@@Saltytide2424 Yes overall it’s still an amazing car. It’s just that my main complaint with the previous version was actually the lackluster top end. It depends on the use case, I drive a lot on highways so 100-150kmh is more important to me than 0-100.
