Circumcision isn't a requirement for salvation. However; if you're going to Israel to keep Passover and to the Temple then physical circumcision is required. The Temple is a physical representation of how we approach God in the spiritual. You can't have a relationship with God without being circumcised of the heart. You can't enter the physical temple/sanctuary, the place where God is at, without being physically circumcised. If a person tries to enter to the temple without being physically circumcised he's effectively saying he doesn't accept the Messiah and is trying to find God on his own terms. That man will die, that man won't be saved.
