Hi papis! Back with another swatch video! Today I try out some of Rusks Deep Shine Demi Liquid Toners! Thank you Gina for letting me use these toners for the video, I appreciate it! Thank you Rusk for sending them to Gina!
This was my first time ever using the Deep Shine Toners and I love the results! Very easy to use, not complicated at all, and a rusk has great prices overall!

Yes she said it is Rusk Zero Lift 2.1% Developer which is technically 7 Volume, since if you do the math in correlation we know that 10 Volume is technically 3.0% Hydrogen Peroxide.
