The three people on the boat only works if someone controls it at the front and then a camel at the back. The camel can fit two people, so they get to go on.

The three people in the raft trick works, but you have to push the Camel in the raft, have two people on the Camel, and you can get in the raft, enabling the three people on the raft trick.

You know 1 block = 1 meter so a horse can climb 1 meter, a camel can climb 1/2 of a meter and the player is 2 meters. The dragon head piglin is the cutest

If you put a saddled camel on a raft then you could fit two people on the camel and one driving the raft. Another way you could have one person carry another person on the raft and the third person driving the raft.
