Looks very nice! What's the max range? Did you do penetration test e.g. at 6 meters against thick construction stryrofoam (15cm or more)? Very nice invert roller you have there :)
Not really, horses for courses. Totally depends on the prey and your fishing grounds. Plenty of places where you need this kind of range and accuracy...
Well this seems to be a good system even if, in your shoes, I would improve it a bit more... what about adding some more rubber? It would be fine to get at least 8 - 10 bands. Furthermore I see that the rubbers are placed over the rifle and under it.... What about placing some rubber even on both sides? In my opinion the rifle shouldn't even be visible. Only rubbers every where... This should be great!
main idea of Carbonia speargun is to integrate rubbers in body of gun to get best of maneuverable. All rubbers are positioned in line .Adding more rubbers or side rubbers will have impact on maneuverable and could easily damaged in contact with sea bottom ( rocks )
Shafts have a terminal velocity, 6 bands below and the kicker and its probably at or close to that level. adding more bands is going to increase recoil and might make the shaft unstable leaving the muzzle.
That’s a lot of effort to load a gun. I guess if you’re blue water fishing and only plan to take one shot, but on scuba and at any depth, you’re dive is over before you could reload. It has nice range and accuracy though.
Well then, please come to Croatia and try to land a shoot on a cca.5kg dentex...-I would realy like to see what you can do overhere with your spearguns...
@@petarjelovac5739 Don't listen to the trolls. Especially not if they are Russian(?). Real spearos know that not every location has stupid/ignorant fish swim right up to you;)
beautiful powerfull gun but,,,, to much work to much money and to much maintenance and lets face it 90% of us use it for a hobby ...i stick to the classic speargun
